Peter recently unearthed his old juicer from his Grandpa and Grandma’s garage. It has been quite a fun toy. We started with juicing large chunks of ginger and then mixing it with lime juice and carbonated water. REALLY GOOD spicy drink! I’m sure it would make great tea as well, but we haven’t ventured there due to the hot weather. Our latest product is pomegranate juice. There are an abundance of pomegranates a few blocks away between the road and railroad tracks on public land. No reason to let them go to waste. We were able to make a jar full of potent juice! A few tablespoons of juice with some fizzy water makes for a great drink!
